Kit Core Component:

  • Main Trim Panel with Side Fillers: A complete set of precision-molded black trim pieces. The main panel frames a single DIN stereo, while the side fillers cover the gaps left by the original, wider factory radio unit, creating a seamless, OEM-like appearance.

Essential Accessories (Sold Separately):
This dash kit provides the physical housing. For a fully functional installation, you will need to purchase additional components based on your specific needs:

  1. Wiring & Integration:

    • Wiring Harness: CTSAD001.2 (Mini ISO) - Required to connect your new stereo to the car's wiring for power and speakers. This harness is compatible with factory radios like Concert, Chorus, and Symphony.

    • For Steering Wheel Control (SWC) Retention: You must also purchase CTMULTILEAD.5 to enable steering wheel control functionality with the CTSAD001.2 harness.

  2. Antenna Connection:

    • Aerial Adapter: VW54 (Old Euro Powered Aerial Adapter) - Required to connect your new stereo to the car's powered antenna for AM/FM radio reception.

  3. Steering Wheel Control Options (Choose One):

    • Option A: AXSWC (Axxess Universal SWC Adapter)

    • Option B: UNI-SWC.3 (Connects2 Universal SWC Adapter) - Requires the CTMULTILEAD.5 lead.
