AVS Siren Disable Key for Battery Backup Sirens | Service & Silence Tool

This is a replacement service key for AVS battery backup sirens (models SDBBSM, DBBSM, and BBSM). This key is essential for temporarily silencing the siren during vehicle service, performing a system reset, or isolating the siren's internal battery. Each siren is factory-paired with a unique key, and a replacement must be cut to match the original siren's specific code.

Important Ordering Information:

• Key-Specific Replacement: This is not a universal key. You must provide the 3 or 4 digit key code from your original siren when ordering to receive a correctly cut key that will fit.

• Customer-Held Record: The key number is known only to the vehicle owner/installer. It is typically recorded at the time of the original alarm installation and is not stored by AVS or retailers.

• Critical Notice: If the key number is unknown or lost, this spare key will not work. In this case, the entire siren unit must be replaced, as the key code cannot be retrieved or derived from the siren itself.
