The AVSREMOTECASETX404 is a durable, waterproof replacement housing designed specifically for the AVS TX4-04 remote control. This set allows you to refurbish a physically worn or damaged TX4-04 remote, restoring its robust exterior and seal while retaining the original programmed internal electronics.

Key Features & Compatibility:

  • Waterproof & Robust Housing: Provides the same durable, sealed protection as the original TX4-04 remote case.

  • Direct Physical Replacement: Includes the complete exterior shell. You must transfer the internal circuit board, buttons, and battery contacts from your existing, functioning TX4-04 remote into this new case.

  • Primary Alarm Compatibility: Designed for use with the following core AVS alarm models:

    • S-Series: AVS S5, S4

    • A-Series: AVS A5, A4

    • 24V S-Series: AVS 24VS5

  • Alternative Remote Option: Also compatible as a replacement remote for: AVS4601, AVS6000, AVS9000 alarm systems.

  • Battery Specification: Uses 2 x CR1616 batteries (not included).

  • Important Distinction: This case is NOT interchangeable with the AVSREMOTETX4043010 model used for the AVS 3010 system.
