It enables a clean, professional installation of any standard Double DIN aftermarket stereo, including modern multimedia receivers with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while maintaining the vehicle's premium interior aesthetic.

Key Features & Compatibility:

  • Model-Specific Design: Engineered exclusively for BMW 3 Series (2005-2014) with factory automatic climate control. (Not for manual A/C models).

  • OEM Appearance: High-quality, textured black finish matches the factory dashboard perfectly for a seamless, integrated look.

  • Complete Upgrade Foundation: Provides the essential mounting fascia. For full functionality, the following components are required (sold separately):

    • Wiring & SWC Harness: Choose the appropriate harness (e.g., CTSBM005.2, CTSBM006, or CTSBM009.2) to retain audio functions and steering wheel controls. (Note: SWC harnesses require CTMULTILEAD.5 for programming.)

    • Antenna Adapter: EU10 to maintain AM/FM radio reception.

    • Steering Wheel Interface: AXSWC or UNI-SWC.3 adapter to keep factory steering wheel buttons functional.

  • Note: The separate module CT23BM01ASH may be required for vehicles with heated seat, parking sensor, or start/stop buttons.
