The Gulf Western Oil range of COMP-R Racing Oils have been especially formulated and developed for engines requiring maximum performance and the ultimate in engine protection across a wide range of fuel types. Starting with an alcohol fuel compatible API SN/CF performance package, all oils in the range have been heavily fortified with zinc and organic molybdenum anti-wear and friction modifying additives to deliver exceptional wear protection in the harsh environment of competitive racing. The friction modifier added to the core package results in less internal energy loss meaning more horsepower from the engine. Unlike some race only oil, an appropriate level of detergency means that the COMP-R range can also be used in high performance road cars without the need to reduce oil drain intervals.
