Description

Retain essential steering wheel controls and vehicle information displays when upgrading the factory audio system in a wide range of classic BMW and early MINI models. This dedicated plug-and-play interface is engineered for vehicles equipped with the 17-pin round "Business" radio plug and a non-amplified (standard) factory audio system, covering models from 1994 through 2006.

This harness ensures seamless integration, allowing you to maintain full functionality of your factory steering wheel audio and phone buttons, as well as critical dashboard displays (date, time, temperature), after installing an aftermarket head unit. The installation requires no cutting or splicing, preserving the integrity of your vehicle's original I-Bus wiring.

Crucial Compatibility Note: This interface is only compatible with the listed BMW and MINI models that have the 17-pin round plug and a non-amplified (standard) factory audio system. Vehicles with amplified "Hi-Fi" or "Premium" systems or later CAN-Bus systems require a different interface. Please verify your vehicle's specific radio connector and audio system before purchase.
