Description

The EDS-FD10 is a simple but essential adapter cable used during a car audio installation. Its sole function is to connect the proprietary factory antenna in Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles to a new standard aftermarket radio.

This plug-and-play adapter converts the vehicle's right-angled male Ford-style antenna plug to the universal male Motorola (standard) connector used by almost all aftermarket radios. It allows you to retain the high-quality factory antenna for AM/FM reception when upgrading the stereo, eliminating the need to cut or splice the original vehicle wiring.
