Ideal for automotive, motorcycle, and marine applications, this sleeve keeps fuel and air intake temperatures cool, helping to prevent vapor lock, improve performance, enhance fuel efficiency, and reduce fuel evaporation.

Despite its lightweight design, a 3’ length of Thermaflect Sleeve weighs less than 6" of traditional silicone-covered heat sleeves of the same diameter while offering superior radiant heat protection. It can withstand 1,100°F continuous radiant heat and 500°F direct heat. Thermaflect Sleeve is also available in a sewn seam version for additional durability.

Installation Tips:

• Position the Velcro or seam away from the heat source

• Seal or secure the ends of the sleeve using Thermaflect Tape, Cool Foil Tape, Thermal-Tie, shrink tube, or mechanical fasteners to prevent hot air from entering behind the sleeve

• Ensure the sleeve fits snugly on the component for maximum efficiency
