This Honda Odyssey Dual-Pin 14MHz FM band expander is specifically designed for later model Honda Odyssey vehicles from approximately 2014 onward. It allows the factory radio, tuned for European/Japanese FM bands, to receive the full Australian FM spectrum by applying a 14MHz frequency shift. The unit features the correct dual-pin antenna plugs unique to the Odyssey, providing a complete plug-and-play solution without needing additional adapters. Its integrated bypass circuit maintains power to the factory antenna amplifier, ensuring optimal reception performance.

How It Works & Important Notes:

  • Frequency Shift: The expander subtracts 14MHz. To listen to a station (e.g., 102.7 FM), tune your radio to 88.7.

  • Display Unchanged: The radio's display will show the dialed frequency, not the actual broadcast frequency. Manual calculation is required.

  • AM Unaffected: AM radio reception remains unchanged.

  • Potential Overlap: Strong local stations within the radio's original limited range may still be received if no station exists 14MHz higher.
