Important Harness Note for Japanese Axela (20S Models with Camera): If your vehicle is a Japanese-market Axela (20S model) with a factory reverse camera, the harness WH573 may be required but must be modified to suit the vehicle. This modification is essential and must be tested before final radio installation.

• Main Wiring Harness (Choose ONE):

  • WH562: Standard Mazda-to-ISO harness for most models.

  • WH573: For Japanese Axela 20S models with factory camera ONLY (requires modification).*

• Steering Wheel Control & Integration Harness (Choose ONE based on your system):

  • CTSMZ002.2: For standard systems. Does NOT support date/time/temperature display.

  • CTSMZ006.2: For Non-Amplified systems with vehicle settings control retention.*

  • CTSMZ005.2: For BOSE Amplified systems with vehicle settings control retention.*

  • Important: All interfaces require the CTMULTILEAD.5 programming lead for SWC retention.
