Zinc Spray is a high-performance, top-grade primer with 99% pure zinc, designed for active corrosion protection on iron and steel surfaces. Its durable, flexible film provides electrochemical protection, making it ideal for welding seams, damaged galvanic surfaces, and entire exhaust systems. Resistant to temperatures up to 500 °C, it ensures long-lasting protection against rust while serving as a reliable base for subsequent painting work.

Suitable For:

Application:

  1. Shake can for ~2 minutes before use

  2. Spray in thin, even coats from 20–30 cm onto clean, degreased, dry metal surfaces

  3. Achieve a dry film thickness of 25–35 µm per coat

  4. Allow to dry and paint over if desired (test compatibility first)

  5. After use, invert the can and spray until only propellant emerges
